Even after 31 years of work experience in different fields and in different roles, my professional development and learning continues! In my opinion, that is the only way for me to work as a consultant and coach, with quality and professionalism.
In my work, I always combine all the gained knowledge and experience. I constantly upgrade and innovate formal and non-formal education through frequent attendance of domestic and international professional workshops, lectures, conferences, gatherings. It is always a serious investment but it brings a lot of new knowledge, quality exchange of experiences with other consultants and coaches and motivation for further work with clients. In addition, such a professional exchange gives me the opportunity to get a realistic picture of my work in relation to current innovations and trends in the world.
In order to combine the acquired knowledge and experience of formally educated graduate engineer of information systems and master of psychology, into quality and harmonized content, much more professional learning and work was needed, such as through education and certification for Accredited Analytic – Network Coach and Systemic – Psychodynamic Consultant & The Eco-Leadership Institute Coach.
Regular membership and engagement in well-established and high-quality international professional organizations is very important for a professional career. In my practice as a consultant and coach, I focus with the aim of recognizing, ensuring the adoption and retention of practices that have been and remain effective with a specific client. In parallel, I also focus on recognizing and eliminating inefficient habits and activities that existed and still do with the client. Through a partnership with each client, there is an agreement on outdated processes or relationships that should be changed, as well as on what should be adopted as better models of work, behavior, understanding of problems and relationships towards the context in which they live and do business.
