U poslovnom svetu, u kojem su o\u010dekivanja od ljudi u vezi njihovog odnosa prema poslu fokusirana na anga\u017eovanje, rast i ostvarenje individualnih ciljeva, su\u0161tinska i potrebna promena zahteva kreativnost u povezivanju ljudi da napreduju u zajedni\u010dkom poslu.<\/p>\n<p>Definisanje promene podrazumeva razumevanje \u017eeljenog pravca i ciljeva budu\u0107ih poslovnih aktivnosti, a odmah zatim i definisanje ko su ljudi koji \u0107e strastveno zagovarati i sprovoditi promene. Veoma retko su sprovedene sjajne ideje samo jedne osobe bez kriti\u010dnog doprinosa drugih upuc\u0301enih saradnika.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka organizaciona promena &#8211; mala ili velika, uti\u010de na organizacionu kulturu, i kultura je ono \u0161to u osnovi oblikuje organizacioni uspeh, inovativnost i anga\u017eovanje. Lideri svakodnevno ja\u010daju kulturne norme i pona\u0161anja, bilo namerno ili ne, i mogu igrati presudnu ulogu u oblikovanju kulture njihove organizacije &#8211; a time i u\u010dinka dok su promene u toku. Jednostavno re\u010deno, kulturu \u010dine pravila i pretpostavke za obavljanje posla &#8211; verovanja, radni dogovori i opipljivo pona\u0161anje koje vode i motivi\u0161u ljude na poslu. Mo\u017eete prepoznati kulturu i sa izvesnim fokusom i odlu\u010dno\u0161c\u0301u, mo\u017eete je i promeniti.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom konsaltinga, radim zajedno sa svojim klijentima kao partnerima i to doprinosi promenama koje vode kompanije ka boljim rezultatima, uz odr\u017eavanje njihove prepoznatljive kulture i vrednosti. Nastojim da savetujem klijente da vode promene i odozgo nadole i odozdo prema gore kroz: dijagnostikovanje kulturnih izazova, kreativno razmi\u0161ljanje o tome kako stvoriti\/dizajnirati kulturu, po\u0161tujuc\u0301i razlike i vrednost koju oni stvaraju. Moj pristup promenama i odnosu prema kulturi u organizacijama pru\u017ea klijentima jasan pogled na njihove kulturne te\u017enje i na to gde ih postoje\u0107a kultura mo\u017eda zadr\u017eava, plan za sprovo\u0111enje promena i razumevanje gde promene napreduju i gde je potreban vec\u0301i fokus.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je da je konsultantski pristup organizacionim promenama strate\u0161ki, ali i oportunisti\u010dki, organizovan ali fleksibilan. Fokusira se na praksu (ono \u0161to ljudi zapravo rade, a ne ono \u0161to ka\u017eu, jeste ono \u0161to c\u0301e postic\u0301i rezultate), strast (anga\u017eovanje iz strasti kod ljudi stvara promenu koja se odr\u017eava) i \u201cvu\u010denje u procesu\u201d (promena kroz \u201eguranje\u201c je neefikasna &#8211; a kada prestanete da gurate, ni\u0161ta se ne menja).<\/p>\n<p>Nije nova \u010dinjenica da promena nije stati\u010dan ili jednokratni proces i zato je toliko va\u017eno promeniti fokus promene sa neposrednih potreba na dugoro\u010dniju sistemsku perspektivu, bavec\u0301i se odre\u0111enim ciljevima u kontekstu \u0161ire celine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lideri znaju da su promene stalne i da je neophodno da se radi na uspostavljanju fleksibilnosti u organizacijama koje vode kao i ja\u010danje adaptivnih ve\u0161tina na svim nivoima.
